Returns Policy

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Policy

Returns are available up to 30 days from the date of your purchase. All returns must be pre-approved by Allmediasuppliesinc.com and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are made with the same method used for payment. Please email us at mailto:rita@allmediasuppliesinc.com regarding any returned products.

All returns must go through the RMA process and receive prior authorization before being sent back. To obtain an RMA, please contact our customer service at rita@allmediasuppliesinc.com.  All non-defective products must be in their original package.

Returned packages must include an RMA number on the outside of the package, as well as a copy of your receipt/invoice. If you do not have your receipt please include your name, address, and phone number so we may contact you regarding any questions we may have. The lack of a RMA number will result in a refusal of your package. Requests for replacement cartridges or refunds will not be granted until your returned packages have been received.

We are not liable for lost or untraceable packages. Please return all goods with delivery confirmation or tracking number.

We will issue a refund for cost to ship back to us orders we sent incorrectly. We are not responsible for return freight where the customer ordered the wrong product.
